Hi everyone,

We are writing to inform you about an upcoming venue closure and a temporary change to our class schedule.

The Avenell Heights Hall will be closed for renovations for a couple of weeks, starting July 13.

To ensure we don't miss any session times, we have decided to adjust our schedule. We will continue running classes through the upcoming school holidays and take our 2-week break slightly later to coincide with the hall renovations.

Here is what the revised timeline looks like:

• Classes running as normal: All weeks leading up to and including July 8.

• Holiday Break (No Classes): July 15 and July 22.

• Classes Resume: July 29 (assuming all renovations go according to plan).

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this shift might cause to your holiday plans, and we truly appreciate your flexibility as the hall gets a new insulated ceiling.
